The Wave Events was founded in 2018 by Crystal and Beth, two friends who shared a passion for creating beautiful, meaningful gatherings. What started as helping friends and family plan their weddings quickly grew into a full-service event planning company.

Based in beautiful Sarasota, Florida, we draw inspiration from our coastal surroundings—the warm sunsets, the relaxed elegance, and the natural beauty that makes this area so special. We bring that same sense of refined ease to every event we create.

Today, we've had the privilege of planning over 150 events, from intimate beach ceremonies to grand ballroom receptions. But no matter the scale, our approach remains the same: listen closely, plan meticulously, and create something truly memorable.
